Larry L. Summy, 66, of 4860 North 175 East, Leesburg, Indiana died from complications of cancer., died on 8/12/2008 at 9:10 pm at Kosciusko Community Hospital, surrounded by family. He was born on February 8, 1942 in Warsaw, Indiana.

Larry was born to Kenneth and Marie (Williamson) Summy. He was a native of Bourbon until moving to Leesburg, Indiana. Larry married Mary Ellen Wildman on July 16, 1969 in Leesburg.

He was a truck driver for Fairmont Homes and then for Maple Leaf Farms, retiring in 2008. He was a member of the American Legion Post #424, Bourbon, Indiana. He served in the U.S. Army and the Army Reserves. Larry was an award winning professional shuffleboard player. He was an avid I.U. fan and a supporter of his grandchildrens' activities.

Sister; Patty (and Husband Everett) Beagle, Bourbon, Indiana
11 Grandchildren; Amanda (and Husband Chris) Martin, Alan Coon, Tara (Justin Miller) Martin, Tarissa Martin, Sterling Martin, Victoria Martin, Rachel Edwards, Mari Edwards, Corinne Coon, Olivia Coon and Ellis Coon
2 Great Grandchildren; Dallas and Danika Miller
Many Nieces and Nephews.
Larry is preceded in death by his Parents and 1 Sister.

Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, Indiana on Celebration of Life Service, Saturday, August 16, at 10:00 am. Calling hours will be 4:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral chapel on Friday, August 15, 2008. Burial will be at Leesburg Cemetery, Leesburg, Indiana at a later date.
