BOURBON - Lisa Joanelle (Harman) Koontz, 54, of Bourbon, IN, passed away of natural causes on Saturday, Dec. 4, 2010, in her residence. She was born May 2, 1956, in Rochester, Indiana, to Thomas W. Harman and Joan Lynn "Jody" Cullum Harman.

She was part-owner in the family printing business, Harmony Marketing Group, Bourbon, IN, and was a 1974 graduate of Mentone High School. Lisa loved cooking and helping cater meals. She also had a great love of animals. She was a member of American Legion Auxiliary Post 424 in Bourbon, IN.

Survivors include son, Zachary William Gothan, Bourbon, IN; father, Thomas, and wife, Vicki Harman, Mentone, IN; two brothers, Timothy and wife, Rita Harman, Warsaw, IN, and Joel Harman and fiancée, Katie Nifong, Rochester, IN; a niece, Rebecca (Harman) and husband, Zachariah Allen, Elkhart, IN; a great-nephew, Asher Allen, Elkhart, IN; and an uncle, Jon, and wife, Martha Cullum, Parker City, IN. She was preceded in death by her mother, Joan Lynn Harman, on June 13, 2001.

Services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2010, in King Memorial Home Mentone, IN, with Rev. William McPhail officiating. Burial will be at Mentone Cemetery, Mentone, IN. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2010, in King Memorial Home, 101 North Tucker Street, Mentone, IN. Memorial contributions may be made to Gideon's International.
